Mr V N Bhattacharya
|

Mr V N Bhattacharya is a B.Tech from IIT, Kanpur (1972) with an MBA degree from IIM, Kolkata (1974), Mr Bhattacharya has over 30 years of experience. He has hands-on experience in turning around loss-making businesses, revitalising existing businesses and creating new streams of revenue. He combines excellent conceptual skills with a strong focus on execution.
Mr Bhattacharya is an independent management consultant on strategy, and besides is also an accomplished trainer in leadership and strategy.
He works with senior management teams to help business grow rapidly and profitably in a sustainable manner.

Mr A Vaidyanathan
|

Mr Vaidyanathan is a BE (Mechanical) from UVCE, Bengaluru, and also holds an MBA from IIM, Bengaluru.
He has over two decades of experience working in senior management positions in industrial marketing and projects, HVAC, and energy conservation. He started his professional career with ITW Signode and subsequently joined SABIC in petrochemicals, before setting up his own company.
He is the Founder and Director of HMX Systems Pvt. Ltd., which is now a part of the A.T.E. Group. HMX is committed to innovative, energy efficient and eco-friendly products. The company was declared a winner at the “Investor Forum” held in November 2006, by New Ventures India, under the aegis of World Resources Institute, Washington DC. Mr Vaidyanathan has presented papers in various seminars and workshops organized by institutions such as CII, PCRA, IFMA , TBLI (Triple Bottom Line International), Cleantech Forum et al. Mr Ashok Sethuram

Ashok Sethuram is a graduate in Physics and Electronic Instrumentation from Bombay University and holds a post-graduate diploma in Management from Chennai.
He has worked for 25 years in senior positions in industry, providing industrial automation solutions for a variety of applications:paper, sugar, cable, wire drawing, printing, packaging, plastics, textiles…… to name a few.
In 2005, along with Col (Retd) K L Viswanathan, Mr Sethuram set-up Valence Electrons (P) Ltd., Bangalore – India. Valence manufactures a range of charging and discharging solutions for industry.. Valence is now a part of the A.T.E. Group.
Backed by the company’s deep domain knowledge and A.T.E.’s marketing/sales network, Valence focuses on providing application-specific solutions to industry, rather than only selling off-the-shelf products.

Mr Anuj Bhagwati

Mr Anuj Bhagwati completed his B.S. (Engineering Physics) with distinction (1991) and M.S. (Applied Physics) (1994) – both from Cornell University, USA.
Mr Bhagwati, who now heads the A.T.E. Group, joined the Group in 1994 and has held various positions in the Group. He has been actively involved in a wide range of activities in the group: for example, he introduced IT to the group, has been responsible for various group level functions, managed several companies, put together joint ventures, and been part of divestments, turnarounds, start-ups and scale-ups. In the process he has transformed A.T.E. into a modern and technology oriented group.
Under the leadership of Mr Bhagwati, the group has diversified into machine-to-machine solutions and clean technology. The group’s foray into clean technology reflects Mr Bhagwati’s personal commitment to environmental protection. Mr Anuj Bhagwati has been active with the Textile Machinery Manufacturers' Association (TMMA), India and is the Chairman for the year 2009-2010. He is on the Sub-Committee of Research and Developement set-up by the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, to oversee the progress in the establishment of a textile engineering R&D centre as well as the academic activities leading to Post-Graduation in Textile Engineering. He is active with various non-profit bodies as well, such as the Urban Design Research Institute and the Kala Ghoda Association; and he was a co-founder of the Praja Foundation. From July 1, 2009 Mr Bhagwati was also appointed as a member of the Council of Cornell University.
He has also been appointed as Director, Institute of Human Settlements, Inc., and Member, Governing Council, K J Somaiya College of Engineering.

Mr Rajendra Halbe

Mr Halbe obtained a B. Tech (Chemical Engineering) degree with Ist class from Laxmi Narayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur, India.
He has about 30 years of experience, and had been with Thermax Ltd., India for 22 years in various capacities. In Thermax, he was the Executive Vice President (Member of Executive Council) from July 2000 to till he left the company in July 2002. As a member of Executive Council he was responsible for strategy formulation of four core businesses of the company namely: industrial equipment of energy & environment apart from industrial cooling & chemicals. Leveraging his vast experience, he started a strategic management consultancy organization, Chiron Lasting Solutions Pvt Ltd, where he was a Consulting Partner. A.T.E. was one of Chiron's customers and he joined the A.T.E. Group full time in October 2006 to implement the blueprint he made for A.T.E.'s new strategy. Today, he is responsible as a strategic business head for A.T.E.'s Industrial Product Group (IPG) and Clean Technology Group (CTG) He is a member of the board of various companies of the A.T.E. Group. |
